Productive Business Matching

Widely Acclaimed by Both Sides

The fair totally held 2,942 business matchings, with 373 exhibitors (77.2%) participating in these one-on-one meetings. The efficient and targeted format won high praise across the board.

Rapidauto (Lebanon)’s Head of Procurement commented: "The business matching made us much easier and more efficient to find quality suppliers. We've closed several deals here in the past. On the first day of the fair, I’ve connected with 25–30 potential suppliers. We plan to continue the discussions after the fair." Fabri International LIMITED (the Netherlands)’s Procurement Manager shared: "This one-on-one format is incredibly efficient. I was able to meet many suitable suppliers in a short time and find the products our market needs. We've already identified three promising partners."

Exhibitors also reaped strong results. Jiang Jing, Foreign Trade Manager at Huatai Cable said excitedly: "Through the business matching, we secured an order for seven containers on-site from a South American customer, which was worth around RMB 10 million. We also made initial contact with more than 20 potential buyers for further negotiations." Hou Chenglei, General Manager of Qingdao Karman Hand Truck., added: "We met over a dozen quality buyers during the matching sessions. Expected follow-up orders will likely exceed RMB 400,000."

High Re-Booking Enthusiasm of Exhibitors

Exceeding expectations, nearly 60% of exhibitors have already rebooked for the next edition. This edition brought together 483 leading industry companies and was supported by key government bodies and trade associations, including the Department of Commerce of Hunan Province, Lianjiang Municipal Government, Taizhou Bureau of Commerce, Hengshui Bureau of Commerce, Qingdao Trade Development Service Center, Jiangmen Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export, Zhaoqing Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export, and the Lianjiang Household Electrical Appliance Industry Association. It is believed that they are planning to book a booth for the next edition.
