The Guangzhou Sourcing Fair (GSF) is a specialized international trade show jointly organized by Huanya Exhibition (Guangzhou) Co., Ltd. (Global Sources), Poly Jinhan Exhibition (Poly Exhibition), and Grandhub Exhibition Co., Ltd. (Grandhub) (collectively referred to as "we" or the "organizers"). Currently, we do not share your personal information with other personal information processors. In the future, to assist you in connecting with buyers or recommending suppliers, we may provide your name, company, job title, nationality, email, phone number, or other agreed-upon information to buyers or suppliers after informing you of the recipient's identity and obtaining your consent.
(2) Transfer
We will not transfer your personal information to any company, organization, or individual, except in the following cases:
a. Transfer with explicit consent: We may transfer your personal information to other parties after obtaining your explicit consent;
b. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or bankruptcy liquidation, personal information may be transferred. (1) Storage of personal information
Your personal information is stored on servers located within China. We will retain your personal information for as long as reasonably necessary. When your personal information is no longer needed, we will ensure it is deleted or anonymized.
Please note that after the show, if you wish to delete your ID number, ID photo, or facial image used for identity verification, please contact us using the methods outlined in Section 10 of this Privacy Policy. You will need to resubmit your ID and photo information when attending future shows.
In certain cases, we may retain your personal information for a longer period, such as when required by law, regulation, tax, or accounting obligations, or if there are complaints, disputes, or potential litigation related to your personal information or transactions. Under normal circumstances, this period will not exceed 7 years from the date of your last participation.
(2) Protection of personal information
a. We use industry-standard security measures to protect the personal information you provide, preventing unauthorized access, disclosure, use, or alteration, and ensuring data integrity and security. We employ various security measures to maintain a reasonable level of information security.
b. We have established specialized management systems, processes, and organizations to ensure the security of your information.
c. We take reasonable and feasible measures to avoid collecting unnecessary personal information. We will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes outlined in this policy, unless an extended retention period is required or permitted by law.
d. While the internet is not 100% secure, we strive to ensure the security of any information you send to us. If our physical, technical, or administrative safeguards are compromised, leading to unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction of your information, and resulting in harm to your legal rights, we will bear the corresponding legal responsibility.
e. In the event of a personal information security incident, we will promptly notify you in accordance with legal requirements, providing details of the incident, risks, consequences, remedial actions taken, actions you can take to mitigate risks, and recommendations for self-protection. We will inform you via phone, SMS, instant messaging, email, push notifications, or announcements. f. We will also report the handling of personal information security incidents to regulatory authorities as required.

c. If our processing of your personal information violates our agreement with you;

e. If we no longer provide you with products or services.
Upon receiving your deletion request, we will process it within 30 days and provide you with feedback (except for data that must be retained under legal requirements). After deleting your information from our services, we may not immediately remove it from our backup systems but will do so during the next backup update.

After you withdraw your consent, we will no longer process the relevant personal information.
