How to win

• Each week, one lucky buyer is selected at random to win a prize!
• Winners are automatically and randomly selected from buyers who have registered that week. No separate application required;
• Prize winners are not eligible for subsequent drawings;
• Winners are alerted via email;
• Winners need to acknowledge receipt and acceptance of prizes within two weeks of the announcement, otherwise prize will be forfeited and re-entered into subsequent drawings.

How to collect your prizes

• Winners will collect prizes onsite after checking in to Guangzhou Sourcing Fair;
• To collect your prize, bring your photo ID and Guangzhou Sourcing Fair buyer badge to main registration counter at gate E4 , unless otherwise coordinated with Guangzhou Sourcing Fair staff.

Important notes

• Prizes may not be exchanged for cash or other items.
• If unable to attend Guangzhou Sourcing Fair, certain prizes will be re-entered into an onsite buyer drawing.
• Certain prizes (such as airfare, hotel accommodations, e.g.) that require advance fulfillment with be coordinated directly with Guangzhou Sourcing Fair team.
