WQ-QG type cutting sewage submersible pump adopts spiral structure and impeller with sharp knife edge to cut off fibrous debris by shearing with cutter head. The impeller adopts a backward inclination angle, which effectively prevents the winding of the dirt.Through the rotation of the impeller,the dirt is pressed into the spiral groove and sent out of the pump cavity to achieve non-clogging operation. The pump is configured in a "motor on top, pump at bottom" structure and can be equipped with either single-phase or three-phase asynchronous motors. Critical components use a combination of double-dimension mechanical seals and lip oil seals to ensure reliable dynamic sealing performance.
