The Partner Floor Tile Paving Robot utilizes core technologies such as an omnidirectional mobile chassis, a 40 kg collaborative robot arm, a global elevation and horizontal positioning system for floor tiles, AI vision-servo dynamic joint-matching technology, a four-point distributed negative-pressure suction cup system, and high-precision PSD optical sensors. These features enable precise adhesive extrusion control and high-speed cycle tile paving, significantly improving installation efficiency, reducing the tile hollowing rate, and enhancing overall paving quality. The integrated design of floor tile paving and tile adhesive spreading effectively minimizes the equipment's physical footprint.
