This production line is an automated continuous system designed to process raw materials such as PET, PP, PS, and TPU into foam sheets. Its core process includes: raw materials are heated, melted, and mixed in an extruder, then a blowing agent is injected under high pressure to form a mixture. This mixture is extruded through a die into a sheet, which is then cooled, shaped, and optionally slit or rolled into the final product. The line features precise control over temperature, pressure, and speed via a central control system, enabling the production of foam sheets with varying densities, thicknesses, and properties. These sheets find wide applications in packaging, insulation, automotive interiors, and consumer goods.
